After only being with Mamba for one week, I was promoted onto the Business Development Programme. Now managing a team of 5 individuals I am learning to develop my skills further pushing me towards my next promotion within the company.
Before joining Mamba Marketing my passion in life was beauty therapy. Something quite far from the sales and marketing field. Having worked in Mamba for eight weeks now, I have realised I am very financially driven. Making between £450 - £750 per week motivates my competitive nature.
Within the last eight weeks I have also enjoyed many incentives along the way.
I won a spa break to the One Spa at the Exclusive Sheraton Grande in Edinburgh and invited my mum to join me. I was also invited on a Yacht trip on Loch Lomond followed by dinner.
I have been given the chance to do some traveling and in the short space of time I have been with Mamba I have gone on a road trip to Dundee where I got to spend some time with top trainers in the organisation which helped to develop my skills. I have also been invited to company meetings in London.
Since joining Mamba my eyes have been opened into a mass of opportunity which continues to feed my hunger for success. My goal within the next 5 months is to learn how to manage a sales team large enough to support my own Sales and Marketing Company.
Seeing the success of others has given me inspiration and has shown me how achievable it is to hit my long term goals in such a short space of time, with a lot of effort, a willingness to listen and learn and determination to succeed, anything is possible.
