As previously mentioned, Nicci was merely looking for something that would tide him over the summer months and provide him with some quick cash. He very quickly fell in love with the business and knew that he has found his vocation. Nicci was seduced by the sheer energy and enthusiasm of everybody that surrounded him in the sales and marketing world. He knew that a work place where everybody was always smiling and happy to be at work was a very unique thing, and realised that there must be something very special behind that. And there is ; the realisation that you will be rewarded for your hardwork, and that the sky is the limit when it comes to prospects for promotion and progression. One only has to look at Nicci to see how true this is as there aren’t too many twenty-five year old managing directors around!
Sometimes prospective clients find it hard to believe that such a young managing director can have the maturity, knowledge and business sense to meet their needs, but of course they are always won over when they see what we achieved in previous campaigns, and by the no nonsense, straight forward approach we take with them.
Nicci would always much rather under-promise then over-deliver , rather than make grand over ambitious projections that would be impossible to achieve.
Honesty always wins the day for us.
